Sven began his career in strategic management for a public transportation company. He also worked for a major German consultancy and as a Visiting/Honorary Professor for design thinking and innovation. Now he is a book author and professor. He loves to teach and share his enthusiasm for cool, fun, and innovative tools in a business context. Sven loves the inspiring environments of startup hubs and innovation centers.

His interests include immersive experiences, visiting art museums, going to the theatre, taking city trips, all travel, attending conferences, reading coffee table books, and eating Italian food. 

When he was 11, Sven had a blast organizing small events in a friend's basement, for which they charged a small admission fee . They would play as a band, perform skits, and even host games and competitions. The proceeds from their ticket sales covered drinks and snacks, including the French fries his friend's mom served to the audience.
