As a Trailblazing Collaborator, Stephen began his career as a bicycle mechanic. This was foundational for his mechanical development and understanding of interconnected dependent systems. He transitioned into the business world in 2011 and undertook several training and university programs, which prepared him for his global work in the training and development field. As the trailblazing collaborator,  Stephen loves learning on the road where life's adventures take him. When he is not jumping on a plane, Stephen enjoys camping, motorcycling, riding bicycles, listening to music, and finding what lurks beyond the next corner. As a child, Stephen remembers always saving up for his next new mountain bike ready to take him on the next adventurer.
