A natural connector and lifelong learner, Kelly has spent her career in human services, where she developed a deep understanding of what it takes to lead with both strength and empathy. From her early days as a front-line manager overseeing large portfolios, she's always been drawn to the development of people, supporting individuals and teams to grow, communicate, and thrive.
Throughout her career, she has consistently gravitated toward opportunities in training, facilitation, and coaching. Now, as a Team Engagement Catalyst, she supports new and emerging leaders to step into their roles with clarity and confidence. She brings a dual lens to her work: a human-centered approach grounded in HR best practices, and a systems-thinking mindset focused on process improvement and sustainable change.
Her curiosity is her compass - what drives people, what energizes them, and how their passions can be harnessed to create stronger organizations. A background in human resources, corporate training, and diversity and inclusion enables her to navigate complex organizational dynamics while keeping people at the center.
A key turning point in her journey came when she found the confidence to speak her values out loud. From that point forward, she began leading from a place of authenticity, setting clear boundaries, communicating with purpose, and helping others find the courage to do the same.
She deeply values the role of play and competition in personal growth, both in sport and in life. A lifelong athlete and community volunteer, she's seen firsthand how sport teaches discipline, teamwork, and resilience. She's also always up for a game of cards - something that's been a joyful constant from childhood through to family gatherings today. Her competitive spirit is alive and well, but it's the connection, laughter, and shared moments that matter most.
Outside of work, she's a proud mother of two young adults, a lifelong athlete, and an active community member. Whether she's outdoors, coaching, reading, or just sharing space with others, she thrives in environments where insight and energy can spark transformation. She's driven by those “ah-ha” moments, the ones that move people forward, and is known for leading with her heart, and showing up with deep care, every step of the way.
