Hugo began his career as a Computer Science Engineer. While passionate about technology, he discovered his calling was working with organizations to identify challenges and build solutions. He pursued an MBA and went on to join EY, one of the Big Four consulting firms.

His ability to analyze problems through structured methodologies and design practical solutions motivated him to launch his own consulting practice, broadening his perspective and impact. Driven to learn, Hugo has earned multiple certifications in methodologies where he seamlessly combines his consulting expertise and engineering mindset.

Outside work, Hugo enjoys traveling—especially to forests, beaches, and picturesque towns—to reconnect with nature. He is passionate about photography and videography, always experimenting with new gadgets and tech innovations like drones. He loves listening to music and spending quality time with his family.  His favorite hobbies include building LEGO® sets and playing with his daughters.  As a child, Hugo spent hours building houses, cars, and planes. But he always felt the need to follow patterns and instructions. He also loved playing with remote-control vehicles and playing the piano.
