Growing up in the East and studying in the West, Brian didn't know what he wanted to do in his career. It wasn't until he was invited to manage a business line of corporate training in a professional institution that he found his passion in training and learning. Since then, Brian has devoted himself to the area of learning and development. After working in the L&D department for one of the largest integrated resorts in Macau for a number of years, Brian decided to “graduate” from corporate life and started to work for himself. It was also when the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method came into play. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Throughout his career, Brian has managed countless projects in the area of training and development. He put his strength in organizations and planning to great use, resulting in pleasing outcomes, not to mention compliments from teammates and clients. His motto is: If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

As a teen, Brian loved playing soccer. As a middle-aged man, he still plays soccer regularly. And he brings his Activator traits to his favourite sport by organizing soccer games with friends.
